		<description>-40 is really not pleasant, I can assure you. :) Edmonton has &quot;dry&quot; cold, which helps, but when it&#039;s -40 outside, you&#039;ll still freeze very, very quickly.

It was even worse a few days before I arrived: -39, plus windchill. Nasty!!</description>
